Plumb (singer)
Tiffany Lee (born March 9, 1975 in Indianapolis , Indiana as Tiffany Arbuckle ) is an American singer of Christian pop and rock music and songwriter . She appears under the stage name Plumb .
biography
Plumb grew up in Fayetteville , Georgia and began her career as a background singer . Her album candycoatedwaterdrops won the 2000 Dove Award for Modern Rock Album of the Year . Two tracks became hits for other artists: Stranded became a hit with Jennifer Paige in 2002 and Damaged became a dance hit with Plummet in 2003 .
During the first three albums released, Plumb was marketed as a band. The band was named after the song My Favorite Plum by Suzanne Vega . In 2000, Lee decided to leave the music business. Although she had only released two albums, a best-of album was released for contractual reasons with the music label Essential Records .
In 2003 she decided to pursue a solo career and signed with Curb Records . On October 9, 2007, she released Blink , her third solo album. The first single In My Arms was remixed by Kaskade , Scotty K, Bronleewe & Bose, Gomi and Bimbo Jones and reached number 1 on the Billboard Dance Charts .
In autumn 2009 the remix album Beautiful History was released with two new titles. The first single Hang On reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play and the Hot Dance Airplay charts. The second single was the title Beautiful History , which reached number 22 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs.
On February 26, 2013, after a six-year hiatus, the fourth solo album Need You Now was released.
On January 19, 2018, at the 45th March for Life (Washington, DC) , Plumb was a major act.
