Titular diocese of Archelaïs
Archelaïs ( Italian : Archelaide ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient place Archelaïs in Judea , later the Roman province of Syria Palestine or Palestine Prima , which belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Caesarea in Palestine .
