Titular diocese of Metelis
Metelis is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a former bishopric in the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Aegyptus or Aegyptus Iovia in the western Nile delta . He belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Alexandria .
