Titular diocese of Thennesus
Thennesus ( Italian : Tenneso ) is a former bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church and is now a titular bishopric that belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Pelusium .
It goes back to a diocese of the ancient city of Thennesos in the Roman province of Aegyptus or in late antiquity Aegyptus Herculea and Augustamnica in Upper Egypt .
