Titular Archbishopric of Samosata

Samosata is a titular archbishopric or until 1929 titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Syria Coele or later Syria Euphratensis in Turkey .
