Reviews
- SF Review Database: Nothing more than a seasoned SF / action film with a B budget. The scenario is unlikely. The beginning corresponds to the ultra-right worldview of Dirty Harry and most of the characters who play Sylvester Stallone.
Worth mentioning
Filming locations were Los Angeles and Vancouver . The film had its world premiere on October 11, 1996.
