Tomáš Majtán (born March 30, 1987 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak football player . The striker has been under contract with the Austrian club ASK-BSC Bruck / Leitha since 2018 .
Club career
Majtán played for FK Inter Bratislava in his youth . He also got his first professional contract with FK Inter Bratislava, where he was under contract for three years. Majtán was loaned from FC Petržalka 1898 from February to December 2009 . In February 2010, Majtán received a three and a half year contract with MŠK Žilina . Majtán was with the team of Slovak football champions in 2009/10 and played in all six of his club's games in the group stage of the 2010/11 UEFA Champions League , together with the qualification, Majtán played twelve times and scored a goal against Spartak Moscow . In 2012 he was loaned to the Czech first division club Baník Ostrava , where he scored three goals in nine league games. After returning to MŠK Žilina, he was not always a regular player and moved to Poland to Górnik Zabrze in March 2014 . For Górnik he played a total of five league games in the second half of the 2013/14 season and could not convince. For the 2014/15 season he moved back to Slovakia for FK Senica . This was followed by further positions in the Czech Republic , Italy and Hungary , before he joined the third division ASK-BSC Bruck / Leitha in the Austrian Regionalliga Ost in summer 2018 .
