The Regatta Transat Québec Saint-Malo (also: Transat Québec / Saint-Malo and other spellings) is a renowned offshore sailing regatta that runs from Québec in Canada without interruption across the North Atlantic to Saint-Malo . It has been held every four years since 1984 and attracts renowned regatta sailors every time. The participating boats - single and multi-hull boats - are to be sailed by teams of at least three people. According to the organizer, it is the only transatlantic regatta for teams in a west-east direction. A special feature of the regatta is the combination of a long stretch of river (the St. Lawrence River ) with an Atlantic crossing; the stretch of the river takes up almost a third of the total distance, even if the boats move relatively quickly there due to the current.

The first edition of the regatta in 1984 commemorated the 450th anniversary of the first voyage of the navigator and explorer Jacques Cartier from Saint-Malo, who reached and sailed up the Gulf of Saint Lawrence in 1534 . The organizer is Voile Internationale Québec (as of 2011).
