Troubadour is the third studio album by the Somali - Canadian hip-hop musician K'naan . It was first published in February 2009. The album includes collaborations with Kirk Hammett , Chubb Rock, Chali 2na, Mos Def , Damian Marley , and Adam Levine .

Troubador was nominated for the Rap Recording of the Year category at the 2010 Juno Awards , but ultimately didn't receive the award.
