Hausen Tower Hill

The Tower Hill Hausen is a Outbound medieval motte (moth) on the northwestern outskirts of Hausen, a modern suburb of Langenzenn in the district of Fürth in Bavaria .

Presumably, the castle served to control the old trade route from Nuremberg via Langenzenn to Strasbourg .

The tower hill is still preserved from the former moth enclosure .
