Tyler Jordon Blackburn (born October 12, 1986 in Burbank , California ) is an American actor , singer and model, who among other things through his roles as Jesse Pratt in Peach Plum Pear and as Caleb Rivers in the ABC Family broadcast series Pretty Little Liars and Ravenswood became known.

Life

Blackburn is of German, Welsh, Czech, Swedish, and Cherokee descent.

In 2002 he began his acting career in the series Unfabulous on Nickelodeon . In the same year he got the role as a teacher for The Doers of Coming Deeds . In 2007 he appeared on Cold Case and in the film Rockville, CA, made by Josh Schwartz . In 2008, a mini role followed in the film Next of Kin . In 2010 roles followed in Zeit der Sehnsucht , Gigantic and Peach Plum Pear . In 2011, Blackburn took on a recurring role as Caleb Rivers in the teenage series Pretty Little Liars , which expanded to a leading role from the beginning of the third season until the end of the series. He also took on this role from 2013 to 2014 in the spin-off Ravenswood .
