Josh Schwartz
Josh Schwartz (born August 6, 1976 in Providence , Rhode Island ) is an American television producer and screenwriter , best known as the creator of the US television series O.C., California .
Life
Josh Schwartz graduated from the University of Southern California and wrote a screenplay while he was still a student that he was able to sell to Columbia Pictures . In 2000 and 2001 he made two series pilots for ABC and The WB , until his breakthrough with the Fox series OC, California . At the beginning of the series, Josh Schwartz was one of the youngest series creators in the history of US networks at the age of 27 . In 2012 he made his directorial debut with the comedy Fun Size - Trick or Treat . In the following years he developed various television series, u. a. Marvel's Runaways andOne like Alaska .
Schwartz currently lives in Los Angeles , California .
