Career

Through his gang he got to know the rapper Said , who brought him to his Hoodrich label in 2010. Together with Said and the producer KD-Supier he formed the trio Bellini Boyz. After an EP with the trio, Ufo361's first solo EP was released in 2012, Soon your money is mine .

In 2014 his debut album You are not alone was released on the Hoodrich label. After the album he and Said went their separate ways. After rumors that he would arrest warrant Azzlackz should change label, he began to publish his music on their own. In September 2015, the video Ich bin ein Berliner was released and it became a scene hit. It was thanks in particular to the viral distribution by hip-hop artists such as Fler , the 187 street gang and the Azzlackz camp around the arrest warrant that Ufo361 became popular without being under contract with a large record company. In addition, Ufo361 was brought on stage at a performance by the 187 street gang in Berlin's Columbiahalle to perform its hit scene with them. In the spring of 2016, the mixtape Ich bin ein Berliner was released and placed 57th on the German album charts. The sequel Ich bin 2 Berliner followed in autumn 2016 and reached number 13. His mixtape Ich bin 3 Berliner was released on April 28, 2017 . In the same month Ufo361 founded his own label Stay High . On April 13, 2018, his studio album 808 was released , which contained a previously unknown sound from UFO. The album charted at number 1 in the German and Austrian album charts. On August 17, 2018, his fifth album VVS was released , which for the first time contained English-language features ( Quavo , Rich the Kid ). VVS landed at number 2 in the German album charts and at number 1 in Austria. On July 25, 2018, Ufo361 announced via Instagram that he would end his active music career after VVS. The reason is mainly his family.

On March 17, 2019, he published Pass on whom you love and thus ended his musical abstinence. This was already evident on Instagram, as videos of album productions were uploaded there. He also announced that he was coming back with a new album called Wave . With this album he reached number 1 in the German charts.

Music genre

Ufo361 started out with old-school hip-hop and over time added more and more elements of trap and cloud rap to its music. He was particularly enthusiastic about Futures' southern rap and began to develop a repetitive style similar to that of Future on Tony Montana .
