The Uftjuga ( Russian У́фтюга ) is a left tributary of the Kokschenga in the Vologda Oblast in northwestern Russia .

The Uftjuga rises in a swamp area 25 km north-northeast of Totma in the Totma district . It initially flows north, later turns west. It finally flows 2 km northwest of Tarnogski Gorodok into the north-flowing Kokschenga.

The Uftjuga has a length of 124 km. It drains an area of ​​1060 km².
