Ulf Ganschow (born April 17, 1975 in Rostock ) is a former German handball player .

The younger of the two sons of handball player Reiner Ganschow and water diver Christine Ganschow graduated from high school at the Rostock Christophorus School in 1993 .

Ulf Ganschow moved from HC Empor Rostock to Bundesliga club TBV Lemgo in 1994 , where he played until the end of his active career in 2003. He was used on the left wing and as a circle runner. With TBV Lemgo he became German champion , DHB cup winner and won the European cup winners' cup . He also played in the EHF Champions League (1997/1998) and in the EHF Cup (1998/1999, 2000/2001, 2001/2002).

Ganschow played six international matches for the German national team .

After finishing his handball career he worked for an insurance company in Hamburg.
