Ulf Momsen

Ulf Momsen (born September 9, 1967 ) is a former German handball player .

The 1.82 m tall left-hander played from 1984 for TSB Flensburg , which in 1990 merged with SG Weiche-Handewitt to form SG Flensburg-Handewitt . With the SG, the right winger rose to the 1st Bundesliga in the 1991/92 season and established himself in the top group after almost relegation in 1992/93 . In 1996 and 1997 he was German runner-up. In 1997 he won the EHF Cup against Virum-Sorgenfri HK from Denmark, in 1998 he was defeated by THW Kiel in the final . From 1998 to the end of his career in 2002 he ran for the regional league team DHK Flensborg .

Today the apartment and real estate manager works for the Flensburg workers' building association.
