Ulrich Feßler
Ulrich Feßler (born July 3, 1935 in Innsbruck ; † July 28, 1987 there ) was an Austrian architect .
Life
Ulrich Feßler was born in Innsbruck in 1935 as the son of the architect Hans Feßler . After attending secondary school in Innsbruck , he studied architecture at the Graz University of Technology from 1953 to 1957 . He then worked in his father's office in Innsbruck and completed short internships in Stuttgart and Zurich. In 1963 he opened his own office in Innsbruck and worked as an architect and expert for building construction. In 1981 he became head of the episcopal building department. He died of an illness in 1987 at the age of 52. Feßler designed mainly church and school buildings, but also kindergartens, community centers and private houses. He was successful in numerous competitions.
