The University of Novi Sad ( Serbian Универзитет у Новом Саду Univerzitet u Novom Sadu ) is a university in Novi Sad , the capital of the Serbian province of Vojvodina and the second largest city in Serbia. It was founded on June 28, 1960. Today it comprises 14 faculties . These are located in the four largest cities of the autonomous province of Vojvodina: Novi Sad, Subotica , Zrenjanin and Sombor .
It is the second largest among the six state universities in Serbia. The main campus is in Novi Sad.
