Since 1964 at the latest, Horst Saalfrank (1922–2014) has been the responsible editor. The magazine was registered under the license number 260 K with the council of the Karl-Marx-Stadt district.

In the 1970s the magazine was used increasingly politically, for example in November 1971 with the appeal for the well-being of the people! by the strength of the people!
