Unterjoch is a village in the market town of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt in Upper Austria.
The village is located west of Bad Goisern on a hillside and lies below the Mühlkogel and the Jochwand.
In 1892 Adolf Conradi, owner of the Minathal cotton yarn spinning mill near Markt Piesting , built a villa which he bequeathed to the Goisern retirement home. Over time, the so-called park sanatorium developed from the villa , which is known today as the Hanuschhof health and recreation center .
