Urs Kälin (born February 26, 1966 in Bennau near Einsiedeln ) is a former Swiss ski racer .

At major title competitions he won three silver medals in giant slalom , his specialty: at the 1991 World Ski Championships in Saalbach-Hinterglemm (behind Rudolf Nierlich ), at the 1994 Olympic Games in Lillehammer (behind Markus Wasmeier ) and at the 1996 World Ski Championships in the Sierre Nevada (behind Alberto Tomba ). In addition, Kälin won three giant slalom world cup races . In December 2001 he ended his sports career due to an injury.
