Ute Woltron

Ute Woltron (born 1966 in Neunkirchen ) is an Austrian journalist and author.

Life

Born and raised in southern Lower Austria, her family moved to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil in 1984 for professional reasons.

Woltron studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna and graduated in 1992 with a degree in engineering . Alongside her studies, she worked in an architecture office and worked as a journalist.

In 1999 their son Moritz was born. She lives in Ternitz in her grandparents' former house .

Ute Woltron is the daughter of the author and former industry manager, investor, entrepreneur Klaus Woltron .

Professional

She works primarily as a journalist, u. a. for the business magazine Trend , the news magazine Profil , the daily newspapers Der Standard and Die Presse as well as for the ORF Kulturradio Ö1 . Thematically, the focus is on business, architecture, design, travel, gardening and yoga.

In addition, she has been registered as a press agent with the Lower Austria Chamber of Commerce since 1996 .
