The Uchami ( Russian Учами ) is a 466 km long left tributary of the Lower Tunguska in the Krasnoyarsk region in Russia .

The Uchami rises on a plateau in the western central part of the Central Siberian Mountains and initially flows in wide arcs in a predominantly eastern direction. Later it turns more to the northeast and finally to the north. The river valley in the taiga-covered mountainous area is partly wide, partly narrow and deep. There are a number of rapids on the narrow sections . The river flows into the Lower Tunguska about 200 km west-southwest of Tura as the crow flies , about 6 km above the village Uchami, named after it, on the opposite, right bank of the Tunguska .

The catchment area of the river covers 21,000 km². Its most important tributaries are Tere (length 161 km) and Wakunaika (with source river Dalnjaja Wakunaika 98 km) from the left and Biramba (136 km) and Wetete (118 km) from the right. The river usually freezes over from October to May.

The Uchami flows through a practically unpopulated area; There are no towns on the river and there is no infrastructure.
