Uwe Creutzmann

Uwe Creutzmann (born February 16, 1944 in Lyck , Masuria ) is a German journalist and former functionary of the GDR block party DBD . He was editor-in-chief of the DBD - central organ Bauern-Echo . In 1990 he became a member of the party executive committee of the DBD and its presidium.

Life

Creutzmann, the son of an employee, attended the Polytechnische Oberschule (POS) in Berlin-Kaulsdorf until 1961 and then learned the trade of machine fitter at the VEB Transformatorenwerk Karl Liebknecht in Berlin-Oberschöneweide and obtained the Abitur ( vocational training with Abitur ).

After completing basic military service in the National People's Army , Creutzmann studied from 1966 to 1971 at the Humboldt University in Berlin and obtained a diploma as an agricultural engineer . From 1971 to 1973 he was head of the plant production department at VEG Deutsch Wusterhausen .

From January 1974 Creutzmann worked on the editorial team of the DBD central organ Bauern-Echo . In the same year he joined the party and became deputy editor-in-chief.
