Uwe Kiessler (born February 17, 1937 in Krefeld ) is a German architect . He is a member of the Berlin Academy of the Arts and was a professor at the Technical University of Munich .

Life

From 1947 to 1956, Uwe Kiessler attended high school at Moltkeplatz in Krefeld and then studied architecture from 1956 to 1961 at the Technical University of Munich.

Kiessler has been running his architecture office in Munich since 1962. From 1981 he held the professorship for design and building construction at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich , from 1990 to 2002 he was professor for integrated building at the Technical University of Munich.
