Víctor Hugo Ortega Serna (born January 27, 1988 in Medellín ) is a Colombian water diver . He starts in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board as well as in 10-meter tower diving. He is trained by Oscar Urrea.

Ortega played his first international title fights at the 2007 World Championships in Melbourne , where he started in all three individual competitions, but was eliminated in each of the preliminaries. In the same year he won the bronze medal at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in the 10 m synchronized jumping with Juan Urán . At the World Cup in 2008, he qualified with Urán for the Olympic Games in Beijing . The duo started in the 10 m synchronized jumping and reached sixth place in the final. Ortega also took part in the 2009 World Cup in Rome and 2011 in Shanghai . In 2011 Ortega achieved his best World Cup placements to date. In the individual from the tower he moved into the semi-finals, in the 10-m synchronized jumping he was eleventh with Urán in the final. At the Pan American Games in Guadalajara , he also achieved good placements. In synchronized jumping he was fifth on the 3-meter board with Sebastián Villa and on the 10-meter tower with Juan Rios, and eighth in the individual tower competition.
