The V8 Wankers are a punk 'n' roll band from Offenbach am Main, founded in 2000 .

Founded in 2000, the first live appearances with Skew Siskin and Rose Tattoo were played in 2001 . In 2002 their debut album Blown Action Rock was released on Element Records, and the V8 Wankers toured Germany with Cosmic Ballroom . In the same year they played at the Bizarre Festival and in Croatia with Motörhead . After the second album Automotive Rampage was released on Rude Records in 2003, the band played again with Rose Tattoo and performed at the Wacken Open Air . In 2005 the album The Demon Tweak was released and the V8 Wankers went on a European tour that took them to over 120 cities in 2006. The album Hell On Wheels was released in 2007, followed by the album Foxtail Testimonial in 2010 .
The band, which was once known for their full-body tattoos , but now has far fewer fully-tattooed members, describes their genre as high-speed rock'n'roll .

V8W speed club
In 2007 the “V8W Speedclub”, a kind of fan club, which is based on the turbo youth in its organizational structure, was founded. The speed club is sponsored by the band itself, it has the "Chapter" headquarters , and bears the Speedclub logo with the respective chapter name on the back of a freely selectable robe and a patch of the "Wankername", i.e. the nickname of the respective member, on the chest.
V8 Wixxxer
In 2008 the album "Wixxxer ohne Grund" was released, which contains German versions of some songs by the V8 Wankers. For this album, the band renamed itself for the German-language project "V8 Wixxxer". To date, three albums have been released under this name: Wixxxer ohne Grund , Riecht nach Friedhof and Nur für dich .
