Valentin Dasch

Valentin Dasch (born May 1, 1930 in Irl ; † August 2, 1981 in Zangberg ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Life and work

Valentin Dasch was born the son of a farmer. After attending elementary school, he completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, which he completed with the assistant examination. From 1948 to 1952 he worked as a carpenter in his parents' farm. In 1952 he continued his education at the Katholische Landvolkshochschule Wies in Steingaden . From 1952 to 1961 he worked as rural youth secretary at the Archdiocese of Munich , at the same time participated in the development of the local Catholic rural youth (KLJB) and worked in the KLJB committees at the state and federal level. In 1963/64 he was employed as rural people's secretary for the Munich Archdiocese. In addition, in 1955, after his marriage to his wife Anni, he took over a small farm. The marriage resulted in ten children, including the former mayor of Mühldorf am Inn Marianne Zollner .

Political party

Dasch joined the CSU in 1954 and became a member of the CSU district committee in Mühldorf in 1955. From 1965 he was an agricultural officer in the party's state executive.

MP

Dasch had been a council member of the Zangberg community since 1956 and was elected to the district council of the Mühldorf district in the same year . From 1962 to 1966 he was a member of the district assembly of the Upper Bavaria district and from 1966 to December 18, 1969, a member of the Bavarian state assembly . He was a member of the German Bundestag from 1969 until his resignation on September 15, 1972. In parliament he represented the constituency of Altötting . In addition to the Altötting district, this also included the Mühldorf a. Inn and Wasserburg a. Inn.
