Veanne Cox

Veanne Cox (born January 19, 1963 in Norfolk , Virginia ) is an American actress and former ballet dancer .

Life

Veanne Cox, who comes from the US state of Virginia , learned ballet dance at the Washington School of Ballet . She trained as an actor at the Studio Theater's Conservatory in Washington, DC and at the Catholic University of America .

Veanne Cox made his debut as a theater actress at Broadway in 1986 in that of Marvin Hamlisch originating Musical Smile . The performance of Amy in Stephen Sondheim's Company while working for the Roundabout Theater earned her a 1996 nomination for the prestigious Tony Award . Before her work as a stage actress, which continues to the present day, Veanne Cox was seen in film and television productions since 1982.
