Deserving Polish Culture
The award earned by Polish culture ( Zasłużony dla kultury polskiej ) is a Polish award for people, institutions , organizations or associations that are at home or abroad to the creation, dissemination and preservation of Polish culture have rendered outstanding.
With the law of June 17, 2005, it replaced the " Zasłużony działacz kultury " award , which could only be awarded to Polish deserving artists and dated October 25, 1991. It is awarded by the Polish Ministry of Culture ( Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego ) after an application process.
In addition to the award was in 1991 Medal Gloria Artis Medal for Cultural Merit introduced in gold, silver and bronze, in the cultural sector is awarded.
