Administrative community Obere Saale

The administrative community Obere Saale was in the Thuringian district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt . The town of Leutenberg and ten communities were united in it to handle their administrative business. The administrative seat was in the city of Leutenberg.

history

The administrative community was founded on January 11, 1992. The dissolution took place on January 1, 1997, when Drognitz, Neuenbeuthen and Reitzengeschwenda merged to form the new community of Drognitz, Kaulsdorf became the fulfilling community for Drognitz and Altenbeuthen and all other communities merged to form the new town of Leutenberg.
