Administrative community Remda

The Remda administrative community was in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district in Thuringia . The city of Remda and five municipalities had come together in it to carry out their administrative business. Its administrative seat was in the city of Remda.

The administrative community was founded on April 24, 1991. The dissolution took place on January 1, 1997, because the member communities, with the exception of Lichstedt, merged with the communities of the Teichel administrative community to form the new town of Remda-Teichel . Lichstedt, however, was incorporated into Rudolstadt .
