The Röderaue-Wülknitz administrative association is an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony in the district of Meißen . It is located in the north of the district, about 14 km northeast of Riesa and 14 km northwest of the city of Großenhain . The community area is located on a plain, the Röderaue , which is around 100 m above sea level and is traversed by the Große Röder and the Kleine Röder . To the north of the community area lies the border with the state of Brandenburg . The federal highway 169 runs through the districts of Wülknitz, Lichtensee and Tiefenau .
