Viby Kirke

Viby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Hindsholm peninsula in the extreme northeast of the island of Fyn ( German : Fyn ) in southern Denmark . The uninhabited island of Romsø to the east is also part of the municipality. Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Bjerge Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Kerteminde Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into the "new" Kerteminde Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 266 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Viby Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Stubberup Sogn and Dalby Sogn in the northwest , Mesinge Sogn in the west and Kerteminde Sogn in the southwest .
