Victor is a town in Ontario County in the US state of New York . It is only about 20 kilometers southeast of Rochester and about 10 kilometers west of the Cumorah Mormon Memorial .
The Iroquois League was founded in the Town of Peace Ganondagan directly to the south of the town, which once belonged to the Seneca tribal area , right next to Fort Hill .
