Viktor Grasselli
Viktor Grasselli (born March 7, 1936 in Ravensburg ) is a German lawyer and politician ( CDU ). From 1975 to 1991 he was mayor of the city of Tettnang .
Life
Viktor Grasselli was born on March 7, 1936 as the son of the public prosecutor and district court president Theodor Grasselli in Ravensburg in Upper Swabia. He comes from a family of traders and lawyers who moved within the Habsburg Empire at the end of the 18th century from near Como to Upper Swabia in Upper Austria . After graduating from high school, Viktor Grasselli studied law in Munich and Tübingen . The traineeship was followed by a longer stay abroad in Sweden . He then worked for nine years in the higher administrative service of the state of Baden-Württemberg, most recently as first state civil servant (deputy of the district administrator) at the Schwarzwald Baar district office in Villingen-Schwenningen.
From 1975 to 1991 he was mayor of the city of Tettnang in the Lake Constance district. His tenure included the construction of the Tettnang bypass ( B 467 ), the renovation of the old town center, the development of the Schäferhof and Hoher Rain residential areas, the construction of the Manzenberg Stadium and the opening of a new city library. Grasselli's successor in the office of mayor was Harald Meichle. From 1992 to the beginning of 1993 he was responsible for the Dresden regional council as a consultant at various district offices.
From February 1993 until the end of 2018 Viktor Grasselli worked again as a lawyer for the Ravensburger law firm Dreher & Partner. As a specialist lawyer for administrative law , his main areas of activity were public building law, development fee law, water law, nature conservation law, building planning and planning approval law.
In 1980 Viktor Grasselli became a member of the association assembly and from 1994 chairman of the regional association Bodensee-Oberschwaben ; he was followed in 2009 by Hermann Vogler .
From 1979 to 2011 he was a member of the district assembly in the Lake Constance district and long-time chairman of the CDU district assembly.
From 1977 to 2007 he was deputy district chairman of the DRK district association Bodenseekreis for 30 years. In addition, he was long-time chairman of the German Red Cross in the Tettnang branch.
