Vilaque Cochapampa is a scattered settlement in the La Paz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
Vilaque Cochapampa is the most populous place in the canton of Villa Vilaque in the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Pucarani in the province of Los Andes.The center of the place is at an altitude of 4430 m on the upper reaches of the Río Pampasi mountain stream , a few kilometers northwest of the outskirts of La Paz .

Vilaque Cochapampa is located on the edge of the Bolivian plateau between the Andes mountain ranges of the Cordillera Occidental in the west and the Cordillera Central in the east. The region has a distinctive time-of-day climate, in which the temperature fluctuations during the day are more pronounced than during the year.
