Conceived as a coherent Gruppenbau in Italian country style, today under monument protection standing Villa "Sibi et Amicis" (lat., As "for himself and his friends") consists of three building structures in the form of a two-story main house on the left side of the main view an outbuilding on the right and a connection.

Both parts of the building have flat hip roofs . The main building has a width of four window axes to the street, the windows of which on the upper floor are provided with folding shutters and straight roofs. In the left side view there is a central risalit with a veranda in front of it, to the side of the risalit there are two figurative medallions on the upper floor .

The connecting building to the outbuilding is structured by pilasters and has a basement .

The villa in the Italian country house style in the form of a group building was one of the standard building types of the Lößnitz master builder Gebrüder Ziller in the early days of their work. It can already be found in the Villa Hoflößnitzstraße 6, built by Moritz Ziller in 1865, as well as in the later Catholic rectory of 1876, originally built as a "Roman villa". The Sophienhof in the former Sophienstrasse in 1877 and the related buildings listed in the article correspond to this Type.

history

A greenhouse was built in 1874 for the villa, which was built around 1870 . In 1893 the attic was extended in the outbuilding.

The younger brother of the Ziller brothers, Paul Ziller , later applied to be allowed to demolish the intermediate building in order to be able to sell the two structures as separate buildings. However, the application was not approved by the authorities.

The later owner Major a. D. Georg Feller had the building changed further in 1914.
