The Eichstätter Straße 19 building is a villa and a residential building in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-129 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is located at a height of 432 meters above  sea ​​level east of the listed old town of Weißenburg . The villas Eichstätter Strasse 17 and 24 are in the immediate vicinity, and the Villa Pflaumer , the Stichvilla and the Villa Raab are not far away .

The building was erected in 1893 by Hermann Lang. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The structure is a two-story brick building with a balcony and veranda extension . The listed gardens were built at the same time as the villa.
