The Eichstätter Straße 17 building is a villa and a residential building in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-622 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is located at a height of 432 meters above  sea ​​level east of the listed old town of Weißenburg . The villas Eichstätter Straße 19 and 24 are in the immediate vicinity, and the Villa Pflaumer , the Stichvilla and the Villa Raab are not far away .

The building was erected in 1896 in the neo-renaissance style. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The building is a two-story hipped roof building with a risalit , bay window and gable . The brick building has an outline of Haustein . The summer house remise is a saddle roof building with half-timbering , which is also listed and was probably built at the same time as the villa.
