The Villa Raab building is a villa and residential building in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-125 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list. The postal address is Eichstätter Straße 8.

The building is located at a height of 430 meters above  sea ​​level on the eastern edge of the listed old town of Weißenburg . In the neighborhood are the Villa Pflaumer , the Stichvilla and the Villa Eichstätter Straße 10 .

The building was erected in 1891 by K. Schultheiss. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The two-storey hipped roof building has a dwelling and an ornamental gable . The building is a ziegelsichtiger building with natural stone formations .
