The building at Eichstätter Straße 10 is a garden villa and a residential building in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Middle Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-127 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is located at a height of 430 meters above  sea ​​level east of the listed old town of Weißenburg . In the vicinity are the Villa Pflaumer , the Stichvilla and the Villa Raab .

The building was erected in 1857. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The building is a two-story hipped roof building . The building has a small annex, a single-storey gable roof built at the same time . Like the garden gate, the garden is also a listed building and dates from the second half of the 19th century.
