The Villa Pflaumer building is a villa and a residential building in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-126 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list. The postal address is Eichstätter Straße 9.

The building is located at a height of 431 meters above  sea ​​level east of the listed old town of Weißenburg . In the neighborhood are the Stichvilla , the Villa Eichstätter Straße 10 and the Villa Eichstätter Straße 17 .

The building was erected in 1900 by Hans Pyllip. Like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, the building was created when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The two-storey hipped roof building has a porch and bay extensions with ornamental gables and structures in natural stone in historicist forms.
