description

The under monument protection standing Villa is located at the foot of a vineyard below the Bismarck tower , just east of Spitz porch amidst the Historical Conservation Area Historical vineyard landscape Radebeul ; the rear part of the property is part of the historical conservation entity and the Hoflößnitz vineyard landscape .

The two-storey villa stands above a quarry stone wall made of quarry stone called syenite, which is typical of the area, and is raised by a plastered brick wall covered by sandstone slabs.

In the view of the valley, the plastered building stands on a basement floor , which is designed as a broken stone base. Above that rise the two residential floors separated by a windowsill cornice, then comes the high, tiled hipped roof , in which there is a small roof house facing the street. Also in the street view is right-sided one-storey, polygonal booth bay . In the right side view there is a massive, glazed veranda with an exit on top.

On the upper floor there is a pilaster-like decorative plastering as a structure, which can be found in the roof house. On the left side of the ground floor there is an octagonal window with colored glazing that is stretched upwards.

On the left-hand corner of the property there is also a listed, single-storey garden pavilion, which is designed similar to the main house.
