Vincent Barwa
Vincent Barwa (born October 18, 1953 in Rengarih ) is Bishop of Simdega .
Life
Vincent Barwa was ordained a priest on May 2, 1984 . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Purnea on June 27, 1998 .
The Archbishop of Ranchi , Telesphore Placidus Toppo , donated him episcopal ordination on November 8th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Julius Marandi , Bishop of Dumka , and Michael Minj SJ , Bishop of Gumla .
On 29 September 2004 he was appointed titular bishop of acufida and Auxiliary Bishop in Ranchi appointed. Pope Benedict XVI appointed him bishop of Simdega on February 11, 2008 .
