Vincent Ri Pyung-ho

Vincent Ri Pyung-ho ( kor. 이병호 , born March 10, 1941 in Jeonju , South Korea ) is a South Korean clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic bishop of Jeonju .

Life

Vincent Ri Pyung-ho received on 15 December 1969, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On February 8, 1990, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Jeonju. The Archbishop of Seoul , Stephen Cardinal Kim Sou-hwan , ordained him episcopal on April 3 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Gwangju , Victorinus Youn Kong-hi , and the Bishop of Suwon , Angelo Kim Nam-su .

On March 14, 2017, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
