Trainer

For the 2007/2008 season Bogojevič was introduced as the new coach of the second division team Kaiserslautern Braves . Under his leadership, the team played for a long time for promotion to the basketball league, but then just missed the goal. Due to differing views about the future of the club, his coaching contract was terminated after this season. The move to his old club, the Gießen 46ers, followed . There he was initially employed as a sports director, but after a weak start to the season he switched to the post of head coach and replaced the previous coach Simon Cote .

After a series of twelve defeats in a row, Bogojevič resigned in January 2011 from his position as head coach of the Giessen 46ers. He was succeeded by Steven Key . Bogojevič continued to work as the sports director for Hessen until he left the club at his own request in November 2011. Almost a year later, Bogojevič presented the separation in an interview as a termination on the part of the club and criticized various things during his time as coach and sports director.

From November 2014 on he worked as a freelancer in the youth department of Alba Berlin. In 2015 he became the coach of the Alba team in the youth basketball league (JBBL) and led the offspring of the capital city to win the German U16 championship in 2017 and 2018. In the summer of 2019, he moved to Alba as head coach of the NBBL team.
