Vossheide is a district of the city of Lemgo in the Lippe district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

history

Vossheide was first mentioned in writing as Vosheyde in 1359 . On October 1, 1921, the municipality of Vossheide was re-formed through the merger of the municipalities Hasebeck , Kluckhof and Lütte .

Until the incorporation under the Lemgo law on January 1, 1969, Vossheide was an independent municipality in the Lemgo district . This was dissolved on January 1, 1973 and merged with the Detmold district to form the Lippe district.
