Vogelsang is a village in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia and part of the town of Neusäß in the Augsburg district . The village is administratively divided into two parts, part of Vogelsang belongs to Diedorf , see Vogelsang (Diedorf) .

location

The southernmost of the nine municipal parts of the city of Neusäß is located southeast of the federal highway 300 and west of the Sandberg ( 530  m above sea level ) in the Steppach district near Augsburg .

history

On May 1, 1978, Vogelsang came to the town of Neusäß when Steppach was incorporated , of which it had been part of the municipality until then. In 1987 185 people lived in the village and there were 61 buildings with living space.
