Hetzel von Lindach (notable family)
von Hetzel (von Lindenach / von Lindnach) was the name of a Bernese family of notables in the 14th to 16th centuries in the city of Bern in the canton of Bern in Switzerland .
history
The family probably originally comes from Kirchlindach and therefore the Lindnach also seems to come from here. From 1345 the first members of the family are mentioned in a document under the name Hetzel von Lindnach. From the 15th century, members of the family regularly held public offices in the city of Bern .
